The ICE is essential.
Each year, huge blocks of ice are cut out from frozen lakes and rivers, and transformed
into fabouolus ice instruments by our ice sculptor Bill Covitz.
This year's festival ice is from the lake Vatsfjorden, 40 km from Geilo, and it's sound
was truly unique!
